Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To conduct research in relation to the INTERACT-MS study (IRAS ID 338801).

We use the information that you have given us in order to conduct research as part of the INTERACT-MS study (IRAS ID 338801).

We may share this information with the research team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored at Leeds Teaching Hospitals.

We keep any personal data such as name and contact information for the duration of the research study and thereafter for the purposes of any follow-up. Access to your personal data will be limited to members of the MS Proactive research team and used only for the purposes of conducting the research. Your data protection rights
